“Slavneft” concluded the agreement on collaboration with Yaroslavl Region Government for the year 2010

Today the additional agreement on collaboration between JSC NGK “Slavneft” and Yaroslavl Region Government has been signed for year 2010.

The above document signed by the president of JSC NGK “Slavneft” Yuri Sukhanov and the Governor of Yaroslavl Region Sergei Vachrukov determined the main trends and parameters of the interaction between the parties in social sphere.

In accordance with the agreement signed in 2010 the expenditures of “Slavneft” companies for social support of the personnel shall comprise 260 MTPA rubles. This budget is planned to be directed to the implementation of the social obligations within the frame of the current collective agreement, accumulation in the pension fund, for cultural and sports activity and medical insurance of the personnel. “Slavneft” intends to spend 100 million rubles for financing the charity projects in the frame of the concluded agreement on collaboration. On the request of the Yaroslavl Region Government the company social investments will be directed to the repair and furnishing of a number of medical and educational institutions and junior sports schools of Yaroslavl, support of Russian orthodox church, implementation of the program of Russian Health and Mercy Fund” and “Russian Children Fund”.

Giving comments on the concluded agreement Mr.Yu.Sukhanov emphasized that JSC NGK “Slavneft" for many years has been paying much attention to social development of the Yaroslavl Region on which territory more than 5 000 of the holding employees are working. In his words the company intends to contribute to the implementation of the regional projects aimed at the insurance of the economic growth, improvement of social climate and the increase of the people’s living standard.
