YANOS is awarded the title “The best enterprise in the city"

On 30th November the finalization of the competition “The best enterprise of Yaroslavl” and “Chief Executive Officer of the year” took place in city hall. JSC “Slavneft-YANOS” was the winner in the nomination “Company-Leader” among the large industrial enterprises.

When finalizing the competition results the jury took into account the economic indexes of the enterprise operation, i.e. volume of production, innovative development, investments level, environmental policy as well as social aspects – salary and social package, support measures for families with children, charity activity. Apart from this the General Director of JSC “Slavneft-YANOS” Alexander Knyazkov is nominated “Chief Executive Officer of the year”. Alexander Knyazkov has been working at the refinery for over 25 years and made a career starting as an operator of a process unit. In the position of Refinery Technical Director he supervised the construction and the start-up of Deep Conversion Complex (2002 – 2006). A.Knyazkov is competent in the specificity of the production and expertly plans further production development. He has authority with his colleagues and the industry specialists.

The competition participants were awarded the prizes by Yaroslavl Mayor Victor Volonchunas. Over 70 enterprises and organizations of Yaroslavl took part in the competition, 13 enterprises became the best in different nominations and categories. Congratulating the winners V.Volonchunas remarked that Yaroslavl enterprises managed to overcome the negative consequences of the financial   and economic crisis. He expressed his gratitude to the best top managers of the city for excellent work and great contribution into economic development of the regional center.
